Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, all the products displayed on our website are original. We have hired professional photographers for the product shoot to ensure that our customers can digitally view the product before placing an order. You will get exactly the same product as displayed on the website.
However, the color of the product might vary a bit due to using an HD camera and retouching the photos by the designer.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
When you add a product to your cart, fill in the necessary details, and place the order, you will be prompted to the order completion page. In addition to this, we will send you an email to the given email address.
If you want to keep a record of your orders, you can simple register with us to show the history of all your orders placed.
How can I return an item?
We make sure to deliver high-quality products as displayed in the photos. Our team checks each product before dispatching it to ensure it isn’t defective. However, if you have any issues with the product received, you can contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order.
We will consider your request and provide you with the best possible solution.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
If your favorite item is out of stock, we will try our best to restock it as soon as possible. We receive frequent requests from our valuable customers to restock certain products. But the restocked products sell out quickly. If the manufacturer has stopped producing an item, we will not be able to restock it.
So, remember to check our website frequently for recent updates and keep a check on “Out of Stock” items.
Where can I ship my order?
When you add a product to the cart, you will be directed to the checkout page, where you need to enter billing details. In that section, you will enter your address, and we give the option to ship the order to another address as well. So, you can ship the order to any address you want.
